Nib Sketches
Old nib doodles, I would draw the nib next to the corresponding sketch so that I could familiarize myself with each tool, also nibs are beautiful!

paper/digital hybrid
need to start doing some comics again, i'd rather not go completely digital, and not having my scanner here in ny, and wanting a better scanner, well I need a work around. I'm thinking of shooting my art with a camera and digitally coloring on top, like the the paper showing through the color. this was taken just with my old 3gs but I have a lumix g3 and I think I'll give that a go. I like having original art, and this method maybe a way to get my sketchier ink style incorporated into my comic work. lot to test out
