i haven't done a rendered piece or a monster in awhile though this is a creature i used to draw in high school, i wanted to take the rendering a bit further but i liked the impressionistic look

why is having one weird weapony arm so cool? it is still appealing to me. it's getting harder and harder to just draw fun stuff, with the demands of work and even personal projects it's hard to try and just draw for the simple pleasure of drawing.

Vintage Vinyl Japan style

I got back from tokyo recently and Hong kong, it was an amazing trip! as you can see I've become increasingly obsessed with vintage vinyl toys. in there we have Jumborg-A, Zone Fighter, Lion Maru, Tetsujin Tiger Seven, and some others anyhow

i saw some very cool designs for a new thundercats that may never be and felt like doing a liono sketch, which is pretty much exactly the same as the original, if i wanted to do an actual "take" on the character i might put more thought into it and take more liberties

not much time for anything these days , metroid and bioshock have come to a halt do to my work load, falling oaks is in mid season hiatus but falls coming around so i really want to have nice stuff for the season and especially halloween. here's some recent doodles

totally unrelated I've got bioshock for my pc (laptop) and metroid prime 3 for wii, suffice it to say I'm not having too much fun with bioshock I find it pretty redundant and not even very interesting visually...i was hoping bioshock would be more of an adventure like res evil or just have more stuff happening. metroid on the other hand is awesome the art design is amazing the environments are stunning and its totally immersive, it's already like a great roller coaster ride I don't know why other fps can't incorporate the variety of gameplay like metroid or res evil

Mario Strikers Wii

If anyone has mario strikers for wii and want to exchange friend codes let me know,
so far i'm no good at the game but I never played the earlier versions, I will post my code when I get a chance to look it up
